ORDERING AND POLICIES

You may pay for your jewelry by credit card, check, or bank and postal service money orders. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, Contact Me to be advised where to send your payment. The jewelry items you order will be reserved for you. Your order will be shipped promptly after your check has cleared.

Sizing

My handcrafted artisan jewelry is created with love and attention to detail. Let me help you ensure a good fit so that it looks amazing on you and your loved ones. All necklaces are labeled with the length, measured end to end. If you need a necklace re-sized, contact me first to ensure that what you want to order can be re-sized. On occasion, there may be a small fee if extra materials are needed.

Be aware that the bracelets and watches are not measured end to end. Various size beads are used in the construction of our bracelets which makes it difficult to size by length to your wrist. For example, a 7" inch bracelet made with larger beads will not fit a size 7 wrist. The bracelet must be made longer to ensure a proper fit. I use a bracelet measurement tool and list the size wrist that each bracelet should fit. If you are unsure about how a piece may fit you, please contact me prior to ordering because I want you to be satisfied with your new jewelry. Some bracelets and watches can be re-sized if needed. Again, contact me prior to ordering to determine if re-sizing can be done.

If you would prefer a different type of earring wire (lever back instead of fish hook, for example), let me know and I will make the switch for you. Contact Me for more information about sizing and customizations.

Returns

I understand that sometimes an order isn't exactly what you thought it would be. In that case, I will accept returns of new, unused merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your new jewelry simply Contact Me to let me know.

You may choose to receive another item of equal value, or a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. I expect you to promptly return the jewelry. It must insured and carefully packed in the bubble mailer or box with bubble wrap that you received it in. Merchandise must be returned within two weeks of the day you received it.
